Is rent-a-hack worth it?

Does anybody has experience on hiring a hack on the darkweb to hack a facebook account? Are there such trustworthy services that worth taking the risk?

P.S: It is about a very evil person that deserves this.

i personally would rather learn how to do it myself then 1) trust someone else let alone someone on the darkweb 2)add a third party to possibly rat you out
