Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I haven't really made the decision yet but I wanna know just in case. I got 2 bottles of quetiapine i got prescribed some time ago for anxiety but couldn't take it because it made me incredibly sleepy. Do you think it would be enough to take some, following with SN so all the unpleasant stuff happens while I'm already asleep? I don't have access to benzos and antiemetics and I'm terrible at lying so I don't think I could get a doctor to prescribe these for me.

Basically the materials other than SN are recommended but not essential. If you feel like quetiapine helps you to overcome the anxiety and fear, it's good to take it. I don't think it's a good idea to use it only to sleep during the process. You need to take the second glass if you vomit. It's impossible if you are asleep or less conscious.
