Are TCA's (tricyclic antidepressants) good for ODing on?
Im 29. I've been living with depression and an ED since I was 14. Recently I was diagnosed with an inappropriate high heart rate which could be genetic heart disease but need more tests. I don't want to turn 30 already with a looming death sentence on top of my other problems.

I have about 70 pills of 25mg Nortriptyline and can possibly get a repeat script for 15mg Amiltryptyline. I don't know how many would be enough or what kind of exit it would be ctb on tca's. Help?

It's a viable (thought unpleasant) method. In the sticky threads there should be a link to PPH 2022, and there is a chapter about this method there. I'd recommend you to read that and then come back if you have more questions.
Take care!

PPH recommends 10g amitriptyline. You would also need a load of benzos or propranolol to make it peaceful.
