Method is my plan good?

before i finally ctb at midnight tonight i want to know if there are any changes anyone would suggest i make to my plan. keep in mind i do not have access to an antiemetic but have a strong ability to hold back vomit as well as making extra cups of SN in case i vomit.

-i've been fasting since 9pm last night
-1hour before: 600mg of ibuprofen
-15minutes before: double dose of tums
-mix 3 cups of 3 heaping teaspoons of SN (equal to about 25g) with 1/4 cup of water
-take at midnight
-lay in my bed with a bag (in case of vomiting) listening to music and wait for my bus

any tips or changes anyone has?

I've looked for some tips on the internet and found that one tea spoon is 5-6 grams of powder. So I will just use 5 tea spoons.

looking at the thread it says that a there are 25g in one and a half US tablespoons, which is equal to 3 US teaspoons. however a quick google search says that 1 teaspoon is 4.5 grams. i will do 5. thank you for sharing that

can you mill/grind ibuprofen down and put it in a glass and drink it, will it have the same effect as eating the pills?

would that make it faster acting? what is the purpose of doing that as opposed to just taking the pills?

Seems easier that way, some pills are big and hard for me to swallow...

I think grinding the pills will work the same as eating them but they will be absorbed faster and taste bitter.
