It could kill you, but it could also leave you alive with major injuries, and it could cause other cars to have accidents when they try to avoid hitting you.

I'm not sure it would be the best way to go about things, since there's really no guarantee of ctb, and there would be a high chance of permanent injury which could make it more difficult to ctb properly. Also, you'd be putting risk on people in other cars getting hurt.
