like i want to ctb but also at the same time i want someone to catch me tell me that i should give life one more try. but i cant continue in this fucking decrepit world i have no-one who'd catch me to save me anyway. maybe im to much of a coward to commit or worse im using it as a way to get attention, idfk anymore. i just want it to end but im to much of a coward to do it

No, it's perfectly fine. I think we would all like to be shown a solution that stops us wanting to want to ctb. It's just a lot of us are shown ones that aren't good enough.

Hoping for someone to care and want you to live and help you is nothing wrong.
Same like most of us probably would like to know people's reactions after we die, see if the ever truly cared.
Nothing shameful about it, just pure curiosity and wanting to be wanted and loved.

I think it's natural to hope to have someone that cares about us. We're supposedly social creatures after all.

For what it's worth- there will be people out there who care about you and everyone else. Even if it's on the abstract level that everyone is worth caring about. Whether they would go out their way to support you is something else though.

Words are actually fairly cheap though. I expect you could get platitudes from any helpline you care to ring. They most certainly would be willing to tell you life is worth another shot. Trouble is- ultimately- it's you who has to put the effort in to change things. But of course- why wouldn't you want encouragement when things go well and support when they don't? I'm sorry you aren't receiving it.
