you should always do as much research as you can on your method of choice, it never hurts to have more knowledge especially with a matter as delicate as this

Wish it was this simple too. I was wondering though if you could do this/partial hanging and not 'trigger' your SI as much if you also take a lot of benzos beforehand? Like that it takes your defence down if that makes sense. (English isn't my 1st language)

No method is easy. The SI will always kick in unless you are truly ready to CTB.

The physical act of dying only takes a few minutes - but getting to the point of being ready has taken over 25 years for me personally.
