Don't sit there. Actively pull very very hard on your neck. Try to cut your head off with the belt. That's the amount of pressure required to pass out.i dont know maybe the belt is too wide i sat there for like 10 minutes and nothing happened i just felt dizzy

i was abused as a child now i got bpd which produces the most intense emotional pain also im autistic and i got no friends and keep getting misunderstood by everyone and im trans i want to transition but probably wont be able any time soon and im chronically ill and in pain all the timeI feel the need to ask, but why?
Has something just happened that's led you to this, or are there other circumstances causing issues?
you need to tie it around something that can hold your body weight and make sure its super tight around the neck. I have personally passed out using a belt before.View attachment 3410

It's unlikely to work but u could try. U might have better luck with some bed sheets. I think a belt would cut into the skin too much and u might need to be quite intoxicated with other drugs to not feel the discomfort.i cant hang myself with this belt.. i dont care how much it hurts or how uncomfortable it is i deserve it i just need it to work. i know i can strangle myself with a lot of things but i have no idea how
