Fluoxetine and Melatonin are useless even in combination with other drugs. Quetiapine supposedly you can die from overdosing on (at least according to Wikipedia and various Google searches), but I haven't found any records of Quetiapine OD related deaths, so the amount is unknown, sounds unreliable, and the process of death as well as the OD effects sound nasty so I can't recommend ODing on Quetiapine.

No. Most drugs are designed the way that you can't OD on them.

You can scratch melatonin from your list, it does nothing. I overdosed on like 30 pills when I was young hoping that it'll kill me, I took a nap and everything was fine.

I wouldn't bet on it. Quetiapine definitely isn't suitable. Speaking from experience. I took about 60 of those fuckers and woke up in a forest two days after covered in dozens of ticks, with terrible cotton mouth and with no idea where I was. I thought I was going to die of thirst wondering the woods in search of my car. I was constantly tripping over, my mouth was like a desert. Not a good experience.

As someone on both fluoxetine & quetiapine, i have done excessive amounts of research. unless you have like 60g at once (g not mg) of seroquel, nope. and prozac you'd probably have to take it until your stomach bursts or sum

i took about 200 of the pills i gathered over years, but eventually just puked the whole night and was delirious for 3 days.

it takes a lot of violence against yourself in order to die, i guess. impulsive, half-hearted attempts just increase your suffering.

ill go for the noose in the forest next time

And it was all that. Implulsive and stupid. I took them all in front of my father and left in my car. He didn't even flinch. He must have thought I was bluffing.
It turned out I was :meh:

Quetiapine can be useful in some methods because it can be a sort of stand-in for an anti-emetic, because it's a dopamine blocker. So it can be useful in combination with something you could actually die from, but it's not a killer itself

Just like most of the other comments, I'd say any mixture of fluoxetine, melatonin and quetiapine is nearly impossible to overdose on. Even with alcohol, I'd say the worst that happens to you is some minor liver damage. You'll most likely fall asleep immediately and stay asleep for at least 12 hours.
