Is it possible to create a new account and ban this account or is that against the rules?

I think it's fine, I know of another member who did that. You can use the ticket system for questions like this tho

Can I change my username or get a new account?
No. The registration form made it very clear that you should pick a unique username that you don't use elsewhere. Your current account is the only one you are allowed to have.

we allow users to self-disable or request their current accounts to be banned, and open a new account for privacy reasons.

if you're interested and are in circumstances that force you to create a new account for privacy reasons, you can contact any of the staff members including myself.

for future reference, please use the ticket system to ask such questions.
