My current method is partial hanging. I have a towel closed in a door with a zip tie on the other side to keep it from slipping through and it is very sturdy. I have tried twisting the towel as much as I could and also leaving it semi loose. I've practiced about 5 times today, trying to get over the SI and because honestly the high from it is amazing. Is it normal to make a sort of snoring sound from your body trying to breathe? I timed it and I was still conscious after 30+ seconds, but I could definitely feel the life slipping away toward the end which is where I stopped. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is this normal and due to the thickness of my ligature is it normal for it to take a little longer? I don't mind the time, I actually started looking at my phone on my last run and ended up nearly passing out after I don't even know how long, but I already know that once I take my benzos and get drunk I can definitely sustain it for however long necessary. I just want to make sure I am doing this right because I plan on taking all of my benzos tonight and if I fuck it up I would really rather not have to do it sober, even though I know I can, I just like to get high anyways and figured this would be a nice way out. I was also considering drinking, taking the benzos and taking some sleeping pills and just letting myself fall asleep in the noose but I feel like that's just too much lol. Any tips to make this work better/faster? I have also considered hyperventilating to get past the dizziness phase faster and hopefully just knock right out. I can send pics of the ligature if requested.
