Finding an antacid on the internet is really easy and I've been told on this forum that I can buy any for the SN method. However, I live with my family and receiving too many packages (antiemetic, SN, antacid) will raise suspicion/infuriate family members because I spend too much money. So, can I skip on the antacid and ctb?

Yes, you can skip it. Maybe add a few grams of SN to compensate for it. Although you can probably buy some antacid OTC to avoid receiving an extra package.
A quick google search show that Pepcid (famotidine) is available OTC in 10mg and 20mg in Canada. It is an H2 antagonist like cimetidine which is the one most people choose because of being recommended on the PPH. All H2 antagonist are the same so you can choose whichever you like.

At least get something like milk of magnesia or solid tablets of magnesium hydroxide, they're available OTC everywhere.

You can skip it, but I'd recommend getting something OCT if you can

I'd use cimetidine (Tagamet), for the reason said by mimo5555

I will use Milk of Magnesia, it is always OTC and not too hard to find. A small blue bottle which won't raise any suspicion.
