Is it better to plan out everything including every aspect of your last few months or just go for it? I have a date in June via firearm method but why wait? Why plan? Why stress? My only fear is something will go wrong. I will mess up then what? I'm thinking about just following through soon. I just need to get a giun. Does anyone know laws in Indiana regarding guns? Can I just go purchase one?

I don't know anything about buying guns, but I can answer your previous questions. There is a great advatange to planning your method out carefully, but once it's all planned there's nothing to gain by waiting. Some of us do choose to wait with the plan because of family or friends.

I think you answered your own question there, mate. You say your plan is to catch a bullet, yet you ask about the laws of buying a gun. I don't mean to sound rude. Plan your method out before just doing something right off the bat.

You can buy a gun as long as your not a felon or on probation. However, you can go to a gun show and bypass that law completely.

Oh, well that sort of hinders things a tiny bit.
Well you can get one at a gun show. No check there.

Indiana should be pretty easy.

I think impulse is the only way it'll ever really work. Plans are too easy to back out of. I want to wake up one morning (well, not really) and just be fully focused on killing myself. There's too much other stupidity still in my mind. Need to get rid of it all and get this over with.

Research thoroughly and create a preparation plan that ultimately benefits your life and an ending plan thats applicable at anytime. For instance, im going to do ratchet, but in the mean time i want to save money for a hotel in case i want the comfort and lose weight so the carotid is more accessible. But i also have a private spot picked out where i can do it anytime and i could force it with my neck as it is. Basically my plan is open ended so i dont feel the pressure of any circumstances/deadlines and can still go on a whim. The whim does involve being in a potentially disgusting junk yard but im getting to the point where thats ok. It might be best to make yourself compromise in some areas. It cant all be perfect. It cant all be painless. Thats just life.

They do check at gun shows actually. It's a phone background check. I've bought guns at shows before.

. I dont know were you live but here i dont.

Known as the "gun show loophole," most states do not require background checks for firearms purchased at gun shows from private individuals -- federal law only requires licensed dealers to conduct checks. Under the Gun Control Act of 1968, federal law clearly defined private sellers as anyone who sold no more than four firearms per year.
