Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hi, my first post :) Anyway, it's already too late for me to end my life so I have to act quick. My mental state doesn't even let me leave my bed so I haven't eaten and drank anything for 1,5 days (again), so I'm thinking if I can just give up and rot here. Which one would be easier: dehydrating or starving? Can starvation create serious problems in future if you survive it? Will those consequences come quick, are they deadly or just will make you suffer? How long will it take for a short, skinny and already unhealthy person? I would appreciate answers written from experience - please don't scare me because you heard something once somewhere, it happens with every method I've researched. If it's really that hard to die this way then I'll hang myself, but I need to know if it's worth it.

I'm recovering from a restrictive ED. In my experience I would not recommend starvation. It'll be slow, painful and extremely miserable. Starvation can also cause lots of health problems

I barely ate for six months and wrecked my stomach permanently. It can take weeks of not eating anything. It's very painful. And if it goes wrong you can end up worse off.
