That would be Philip Nitschke, the founder and director of Exit International. Exit International is the group that sells the PPeH and charges for memberships that are limited to people who are at least 50 years old. This is what Tantacrul was referring to as "SS2" (or whatever it was).

See... here's the thing. I'm dubious that he really believed the claim he made in the video. If he DID believe it, then why didn't he approach anyone from Exit International for an interview? But that was an extremely effective way to get people riled up about the forum.
