Yes, I had to skip almost two days of work due to vomiting. If I had more than 9 gulps of water terrible vomiting, less than 7 and I'd just retch. If I had alcohol I'd puke until my nose bled.
I have liver disease and still have nausea but going a day or two without eating/alcohol helps me individually. I think fasting is underrated. For me at least.
Have you researched or looked into treatment for acid reflux disease? Or do you have medications or other drugs that may cause your nausea?
