I'm planning to CTB in a couple weeks but I need to pass the time before the preparations are made.
I had a martini last night to ease my thoughts and pacify me enough to go to bed. I woke up at about 9am today. Took a shower, got dressed, cleaned up some things around my apartment, and watered my plants. I just finished a late breakfast and may make another cup of coffee.
I received the Twin Peaks: From Z to A set in the mail today, on the recommendation of my late best friend and plan to get through as much as I can and hopefully get to a few movies today as well (The Shape of Water, Blood Diamond, Silence, and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood). I also received a new vinyl album by one of my current favorite bands (Intercourse - Everything is Pornography When You've Got an Imagination). Throughout the day I also plan on playing a few games to keep my mind occupied. Films are passive, games help stimulate and distract me much better when I feel manic. I'll be playing Darkest Dungeon, Escape From Tarkov, and possibly a few others. Beyond that, I'm hoping someone hits me up to hang but I doubt that will happen so I'm trying to make the best of my time. Hopefully it doesn't get derailed by another nervous breakdown but I'm trying.
