Is Antiemetics necessary

Is Antiemetics is necessary in sn method or i can skip this and only use sn and acid regulator

I read a lot of threads and it's a real gamble to try without for risk of puking it all back up. Which is a shame as it's my method too and it's really hard to get meto in Europe after the Ebay crackdown, not even my favourite deep web market lists any.

Very much recommended and is usually the hardest thing to acquire in that method. I'm having those troubles at the moment.

Not necessary but people recommend it. I'm gonna try without antiemetics, or at least OTC ones
