Help Is a good idea hanging myself on a metal banister?

I live on the first floor to reach my house there are stairs with a metal banister is this option good for hanging on it? (Sorry for bad english)

You can perhaps test it with your own weight or a similar weight. Even then it might suffer structural failure at the crucial moment so be careful.
