Does not it happen to you that you have so much irrability that you are not even capable of uttering a single word without getting angry?

Ya I get get really bad anger would flip out over anything and was constantly yelling at shit thankfully I lived alone. Only happens when hypomanic mostly and I smoke weed tp calm down.

I also control my anger, that is, I do not shout or insult, but the anger / irritability eats me inside, the others the only thing they notice externally is "I'm in a bad mood".

Ya same I never insult and sometimes I hurt myself to control it.

It happens a lot to me. It's a big problem. I try to control it but I can't. I don't want to be like this, really.

Same here. I just feel emty inside. On the outside I'm ice cold (professionel when I have to). My world fell apart when I was 14y and my older brother died. My mum cried constantly for 20y. I wasn't allowed to grief. Still have trouble coping emotions.
