When you come to terms with the fact that you're the issue it's a lot easier to deal with yourself. I've found that everyone i've talked to romantically or even simple friendships have been destroyed by my intrusive thoughts, morbid beliefs and lack of understanding how "valuable" life is. I wish I could help myself but i've realized that'll never happen and I have to either live with it or CTB. That's what i'm left with. That's all i'll have forever.
