I now have to deal with all this mess. But after the death it is then really over? Or is only the next existence waiting with the same issues for infinity?

I believe that any afterlife or reincarnation type theories are simply fictional, created by humans who were unable to come to terms with the true meaningless and insignificant nature of this existence. I strongly believe that when we die, we cease to exist and that is it for us, we are not even aware that we are dead. Life only exists as a consequence of evolution with the fate of all those who exist being to deteriorate and then just simply die. But after all, there is no point to fearing death as there is simply nothing that we can do about it, it's inevitable.
