inert gas method-gas availability in eastern Europe

do you think guys that tank with nitrogen or helium is easily available for buying in most east europen countries ? I live in Poland and I wonder if those tanks are available in my country plus I am just curious about availability of this method.

You might get more specific replies if you edit the thread title to at least mention Europe or, preferably, your country. I suspect there is huge variability depending on what country you are in.
