I've tried inert gas. I made an exit bag.
I wore it on my ear and squeezed the bag to remove air inside. When it got inflated fully by nitrogen I pulled it down to my neck.
While wearing the bag I felt like my chest tightend and my heart beat extremely fast which put me off.
I saw some people just felt tingle or fainted in a few sec without consciousness. I believed this way most unpainful.
I want to know if theres any way to cope with sort of suffocating feeling or this is unevitable
