Discussion I’m worried about tearing up my family if I decide to CTB?

If I decide to CTB I'm going to leave a small note that's basically saying " I have no interest in this world and couldn't relate to it and being here would only make me more unhappy. Life on this Earth is not worth it to me and it will be cruel if I'm forced to cope with it.

I thought this through for years and my choice is final. This isn't your fault or anyone's fault. Don't let this divide the family and most importantly continue to be happy with your life. You don't need me to be around to do so.

Nothing caused me to do this. This is something I decided to do on my own. I believe there is a better world after death and it is one I can finally be interested in. I'm convinced I will be happy there. I hope you understand. "

Would this help out the aftermath of my death or make everything worse? If you have a better way I could write this out I'm happy to hear it.

I'd say instead "You don't need me to be around to do so." something like "I can imagine it will be hard to accept first. But my biggest wish is that you keep your happiness even if I am not there" - but it's your note
