My options:
-hurt my mother
-wait until I'm older and, statistically, devastate a partner and/or children (at the very least devastate a pet)
-put up with life until the end

No good options, but it'll have to be the first one.

If I didn't have health problems, i'd stick around. I wouldn't like it, but it would be okay. Too bad my health problems destroyed my life.
