Sleep is so unique to each. More sleep than normal can be essential for some, as a regular thing or short term.
But for others too much sleep is depession taking over or can be used to escape reality/being alive.
Regular sleep routine makes a big difference to my wellbeing but often i have a day, week or longer of lots of sleep because being me is too much, life is exhausting and i need sleep to recover and/or escape.
Don't ever feel guilty for sleeping too much. Do ask yourself why you are and is it needed or unhealthy.
