Hry..so I've decided to try the SWB method. I'm nervous and afraid but hoping it will work. I wish everyone love and healing from my actions. Blessed be.

I don't know what your life is like. Maybe it's absolutely unbearable and maybe suicide is the only option you have left. That said, are you sure this is the right time? If you feel fear, it could be an indication that you're not ready yet. Maybe you should wait til you don't feel any fear anymore? Your option to commit suicide won't disappear.

I'm sorry you are considering such things. If you are afraid, you are probably not ready. And maybe you could do some more research. I have attached a link to a blog someone wrote about swb.

According to Wikipedia, 3 out of 4 doctors said Sinead O'Connor did not have bipolar disorder.

That's a strange thing to discuss in a thread where someone announces that they're going to kill themselves. Some tact, perhaps? In short, Sinead O'Connor is as far as I know still alive, the interview Wikipedia refers to is from 2014, but she discussed her bipolarity in an interview from 2017.

Hi VP
If you decide to go ahead, then I hope you have a safe onward journey.
Alternatively, stay here with us if you like, while you regroup....
