They are not up to code on the law of my state as land lord and so can't go through courts.

Also every time anything even less than $100 was needed to be repaired by her she tried making us pay back in rent fee.
Our law is clear NO TENANT PAYS FOR A NEEDED FIX UP OF PROPERTY.
That is land lords responsibility.
They own other properties and have been trying to evict us for years after finding out we are American born. Not illegal. Not criminals and we fight for our rights to be followed and respected.
They found a loophole to toss us out but they misfiled the paperwork. Now they have been sending ppl on our property to actually intimidate us.

If that were case law in my state she could file paperwork and vacate us within 90days justly.

On top she is now able to do it through courts now that the whole state is open again.

Also in order to fix AC she needs licensed contractor to come. They needed to show some kind of paperwork to do Job. P.W she admitted she never got or wants to get. Since it would mean she'd have to go to City Hall and have an inspection of her home we rent.
A process that was needed to rent out in the first place. Because her home had electric wire problems she n hubby knew about and promised to fix but never did.
So again NOPE no sympathy is needed for a slumlord.

Lol I know I keep adding but.....a hotel is expensive in case you don't know. I lived in a hotel for a year. A week alone is on average $1,000 a week in my area.
Before I was a full-time sex worker making all money just to turn over for hotel room pay and avoid living on the streets. Right now I'm NOT going to go back to that shit full-time to avoid a violent death.
So how about you keep opinions/advice to self until you know facts. Like how much an average hotel costs a week/month in a person's area.
Also I have 2 large dogs and a cat. No hotel allows multiple animals in one room.
