Hey guys, i was just wondering if you could talk me through some ways to CTB reliably. I'm not 100% going to go through with it, but I'd find comfort in the fact i know what to do if i think my time has finally come.

According to the Rules and FAQ, we can't. It's something you have to take responsibiliy for.

That said, there are a lot of method megathreads listed in the Resources Compilation on the main page, and the compilation also has a link to the PPH.
