Help I'm looking for an app

I'm assuming not but I'm going to ask anyway just in case. Or maybe someone can point me in the right direction at least considering I don't even know what something like this would be called.

I'm looking for an offline mobile app. Something that is kind of like a blog/forum and messenger mixture. Something not quite like notepad. Something like our profile pages.

I feel like I'm explaining this poorly.

Yes (that reminds me I meant to say that password protected would be nice) like a diary but with more of a forum type layout
