@omsoc, I'm sorry your situation has worsened somehow - I'm not sure what suicide watch entails, but please get some rest and eat right and hydrate yourself and all that. If you want to tell us more sometime please do - for example where the note was left, so others won't make the mistake. But mainly just be gentle with yourself for now. Hugs
