Exactly my plan, I'll be jumping from almost 30 meters into concrete, and I will make a goodbye call to a friend, maybe I'll deliver the suicide note myself through that phone call

Maybe, but you could tell them it's not their fault, and even if they think that, the thoughts will be most likely temporary. Apart from that, you'll be dead so what will you care

My advice: think about whether you want to do this for you or for your friend

If its for you, and you want to be able to talk to your friend in that moment, that's completely valid.

However, if you're thinking about your friend, there are many reasons why a note would be better. For example, if theyre on the phone, they will inevitably feel like they had some part in it happening, even if you tell then otherwise. A note would also give them more agency in when/how to deal with the situation, rather than forcing them into something.

Feel like this could lead to trauma on the receivers end, unless for some reason that's your goal. Also with jumping SI will be through the roof so you may get talked out of it. I'd leave a note it just seems easier.
