I'm going to refuse my phonecall catch up

with consultant psychiatrist tomorrow... I don't want to talk with him. I hope they don't send a wellbeing check round but I really don't want to communicate.

I haven't talked to a psychiatrist in about two months, it seems like a short time, but that comforts me. I hate all psychiatrists. I also don't like calls, I don't know how to act on one...
