i cant fucking take anymore why do i keep pussying out of ctb i cant witness myself ruin my life anymore i know i have the strength within myseelf i just need to gather it, this bitch is too much for me, my family didnt bother if i was there on christmas everyone hates me and i got my answer if god is hearing me please save me

Sometimes our mind just dont let us to have a moment of peace, rage, bad thoughts, I've been there even try to ask god to help me to kill myself then I sleep or at least give strengh to finish me. What I can tell you, nothing is going to happen, nobody is going to "help" you.

I dont know if you take controlled drugs, like alprazolam or xanax, if your condition is mental, they really help you to calm down, the bad things that happens and feels like happened yesterday looks like happened a months ago. Maybe you could ask for your family to see a psychologist or psychiatrist, speaking a little and taking prescribed may help you a lot.

I built up a tolerance to benzos. They work great at first then stop and you have to keep increasing dosage to get same effect and the withdrawls are awful

Benzos are supposed to be used in short term, and yes, it created an terrible addiction and withdraws are bad too, but if you are in the edge of life, i still would take it.

Nowdays, doctors arent prescribing benzos, there are better drugs instead of xanax. i dont know if it's zoloft or fluexetine, but for me it's out of reach because my resources are depleted now and in a third country where I live, there is still no conscience about how benzo can be bad.
