Method I'm CTBing with SN in few hours, i need a quick answer, is fasting for 8hrs necessary

I think people say 8 hours just to make sure your stomach is empty. But I don't think 6 hours would make much of a difference.

I think people say that just so you have less of a chance of having to throw up anything if your stomach and the food in it react weirdly with the SN. 6-8 Hours of fasting should be more than enough though.

Just took 40mg of meto, 300mg of Ranitidine, 800mg ibuprofen, prepared 15g of sn in 100ml of water.

Don't panic. Some people do the mix before taking meto and just wait 40 mins to drink it in case they feel dizzy or something. You'll be ok. Please keep us posted.
