After trying to live for another week I have decided for sure that I am going to leave tomorrow. It all feels very surreal right now but in a way I am looking forward to not being in this pain anymore.

I finished writing my notes today and am going to look over them tomorrow to make sure I havent left anything out. I plan on getting drunk,putting on some music,relaxing and then hanging myself with a rope over my door. I have practiced and think I have found the sweet spot so hopefully I should pass out pretty quickly and not be aware of what happens from then on.

I will schedule an email to go out to the local police department some time after I am gone.

This forum has given me so much information and I am truely grateful for all the effort everyone has put in to collating it all.

Conflicted,scared and wishing I had some N. At this moment in time I am unsure if I am going to go through with it. I want this to be over so badly,everything is ready to go I just cant get into the right mindset today. I managed to get hold of some zopiclone which has taking the edge off the constant thoughts so I am just going to see how the rest of the day goes and make a decision later.

And I already have a package of rubberbands
I already attempted the rubber band trick last week but I wasn't relaxed enough, I think the Xanax will do the trick.
rubberbands around the neck will cut off blood supply to the brain and you will die. Much easier than some noose.
I need to make a death playlist.

@Lifeiskillingme please reconsider. The rubber bands won't kill you, but they may slow the blood flow enough to cause brain damage. I'm sure things are tough, but attempting using this method will probably make things worse for you. Why not space out your xans, pick up a bottle of everclear (190 proof) and relax. You can always attempt using a less risky method in a day or two.
