Some people are born with tragedy in their blood

I did some research about this and I couldn't find a topic that talked exactly about my concern.
But if there's any older posts about it, please let me know.
I'm considering SN as a CTB method. I saw that you can fully recover from it if your attempt fail, but you have to go to the hospital.
But I can't go to the hospital, I live alone and I don't have family near me, no one would or could take responsibility over me to take me home. So if I go to the hospital after failing my attempt they'd put me in a psych hospital and that's the last thing I want/need. It would just cause me even more pain and trouble than what I'm already having to deal with.
So I wanna know if there's any chance I can do anything to recover by myself in case of failing? I saw that the antidote is Methylene Blue, which I can find in pharmacies. Could I take it by myself? Would it work if I did?
