Tomorrow it will be 3 months until I turn 29.
I am going to begin my improvement plan:
1) No porn or masturbation.
2) No Youtube.
3) No Coca Cola or other sugary drinks only water and sugarless tea.
4) Exercise 6 times a week.
5) Expanding my knowledge by listening to online lectures
6) Eating only healthy vegan food.

In one year, on Friday, July 8th, 2022, I will comeback here and open a thread detailing my experience.
I will see if I am still suicidal.

I will log on at the 1st of each month for 1 second and then immediately log out so I will not lose access to my account.

Anyways I hope to see some of you around here.
Goodbye.

Take small steps first, you take them giant ass leaps, you're gonna relapse in one week or lose motivation really quickly. Start with #3 and #5. Keep Youtube, since TEDTalks are on there. Make sure you reward yourself every week for following through on your goals.

If you need extra help with account stuff to make sure you follow your goals, I can assist you by banning you for a year. (I think I can do that, not sure, never tried it)

Thanks for the advice.
As for banning me for 1 year, I prefer not because I also want it to be a test of my discipline that I can log in and out immediately without peeking on the threads.

It's always nice to see someone take the first steps towards improving their lives. I applaud that motivation.

Good luck! and I hope that everything works out for you.
