Help If your Avatar is not showing next to your name and messages

After SS came back online my avatar was missing although I could still see it on my profile I uploaded it again and it solved the problem.

Edit: What websites do member spend time on if SS is not available.

I just watched anime, browsed Twitter, and went on YouTube. I was almost doubting if the site was going to show back up.

I kept checking back and getting ETA 6 hours thinking dammit. I don't get why some people think this site is bad. It gives people comfort and reassurance I think

Glad it's back. Don't really like any other sites. I can't look at my normal social media right now cuz everyone on there is so happy. I used to be happy, posting cool pictures of adventures I did. Now I'm depressed, spending alot of time in bed and at the psych ward. The contrast is too painful.

Yes I was a bit lost, reading the online newspapers, YouTube, searching for any suicide sites to see if anyone else had made it there but there is nothing really except SS, watched more TV, films and box sets and went to bed on time, lol.

Yes I was getting the 6 hour thing as well. I'd check back after the 6 hour mark and it said another 6 hours. I checked a couple of times in between after the second 6 hour notice but it said the same thing. So I decided to just wait until today to see if the site was back up.
