This is inspired by a thread in which the user threw up their SN and was told to call the hospital by a (lovely) mod. Obviously this was recommended to avoid permanent but non-lethal damage. Instead of doing this, couldn't you just take another dose instead?

Well I have bought so much SN as its was the only size pack I could get, I am also filling up a 'backup' sports bottle with a large dose for exactly the reason you stated. I would probably sip it though as not to induce the gag reflex

I thought SN wasn't supposed to cause permanent damage.

I have never heard of it doing permanent damage. And I have looked around a lot outside of this forum in medical sites

Huh. If that's the case I'm not sure then why the mod would've told the person to call an ambulance. I'm also confused about how something could, at one point kill you, but the point before that not cause long term harm

I would say its good practice if you have not done any method right and have perhaps changed your mind. With your second question you could marry that to things like morphine or certain other drugs/medications that your natural metabolism can remove given time without damage

I wonder if most people throw up at some point after drinking the SN? And I wonder how long the SN needs to stay in your gut for proper absorption? I was really hoping to pull this off Tuesday night, but I worry about it not working. SN is really my only option.

Your body has an enzyme that naturally repairs/replaces the damaged blood cells I've heard.

Some people with eating disorders have used drinking a glass of salty to encourage vomiting so its known for that. Thats why I am trying to use as little liquid as possible on a very empty stomach

Colonoscopy preps are salty, and you have to drink like a gallon of it. It makes some people vomit, but it always just makes feel nauseous and bloated. I'm hoping my past experiences with that crap will help me deal with the SN better.

SN seems more and more sketchy. I'm iffy on the subject, but maybe the regiment has to be followed stringently.

Why do you say that?
From reading about SN experiences it seems like a fair amount of users have thrown up the SN, effectively botching their act. There are several cases of this happening, which are noted on this forum. I've been lurking awhile and I'll try to find all the cases where people failed/vomited. But then again there are documented reports of it working. Idk I just wish access to Nembutal wasn't near unattainable.

There was a thread recently about SN deaths, and if I recall, there were no recorded failures for those that followed the 48 hour process (don't know if all of those were meto users, or if domperidone was also used). Stat doses were mostly successful, but there were at least a couple failures. As for poor Roxy, we don't what happened. She may have succeeded despite throwing up.

edit: If someone can't keep the small amount of SN down, what are the chances they could keep 2 bottles of N down?

That previous poster today didn't follow the protocol. She freaked out and took the sn with stat dose and no fasting. No anti acid either I believe.

I may be ignorant on the topic. I'm also a sissy and any method with moderate discomfort puts me off.

So why did you make that entry? If you are not going to use that method there is no need to discourage the OP.

My posts are tangentially related to the topic. She asked a question about throwing up SN and I spoke about cases of people throwing up and failing, but also the numerous successes as well. You're not the gatekeeper for every thread. You also seem to be cross with several users. Even if I did discourage from SN who says I can't when her heading is speaks about possible failures. I'm sure you're set on using SN and have a bias, and I respect that, but please don't make remarks that make it as if you regulate every thread.

I love you Stan, but u have to agree with mk47 on this point. I'm more than happy to hear their warnings. I'd rather that than be ignorant of the possibility of failure
My first attempt when i actually took it the taste and nausea that came with it stopped me.
The nausea will definitely be a big problem for me. Hopefully the insane amount of Zofran I take will bury my chronic nausea enough so that I don't throw up immediately upon drinking the SN

Says the one who gets decides who posts what in a thread, even when the post is relevant. I'm sure you're partly upset that I recalled failures of SN but I didn't entirely disregard it as a method. The real question is what's your problem with me? I just joined. If you wanted to tell me that my post is objectionable, you could have done it with more tact.

And thats fine. If I make a statement I can back it up with links to user stories here or outside links with medical references on the subject. If I don't know, I usually prefix it with 'in my opinion' so you know you can take it or leave it. I can even link you to a bizarre autopsy where someone died by SN without actually ingesting it. So on this particular subject, I have done my homework
