I think I have too much sentiment attached to my current family though, I don't know if I'd want to start all over again with no knowledge of anything or anyone. (Including my material things and my cats lol) I would need to remember my pain and suffering as well, I would not want to continue living it but I would not want to forget it.
If I could do that and start again in the same family, even though I also have reasons to hate them, I would.

I had my life swiped from under my feet by my neglectful and abusive family, and have been fucked in the head since. Whatever chances I did have at a normal life were fucked up by just a few poor choices, absolutely cementing my destiny to die at my own hand. I almost want to agree with that 100% but I'd still have to say myself. It's pointless if I'm not me. Dying on my own terms only means something to me because I am the person I am now. If I was anyone else, what's the point? The second I become someone else is the second I stop existing in my eyes. While that doesn't necessarily sound bad that takes away the idea of me ending things with my own hands. Someone else's hands just isn't the same. Maybe I'm just egoistical though I'm not sure.

Excellent point. Would be interesting though to see oneself from the outside. You could then murder yourself and jump back in before dying. Completely out of one's hands, and suddenly everyone is fine with one's ctb. They'd even feel for you.
