Discussion if reincarnation is real and you could choose what to come back as who would you be?

it's pretty agreed upon here that when you're death you're just gone, there's nothing else which i'm okay with

but if i was reincarnated and had to choose i'd be born in canada because i hate the US, i'd be neurotypical and a boy. i would be born into a stable upper middle class family with married parents, and i'd have siblings. the fact that there are millions of people who were born like that kinda makes me sick

I wouldn't, no matter what I'd never wish for the terrible, dreadful abomination of existence rather all I want is some peace, existence just feels like a mistake to me and it's one that just causes harm and suffering with no limit as to how much one can be tortured, all I want is non-existence.

For me only non-existence is desirable and I wish I never suffered more than anything, I'd just never wish for this existence that just causes and brings all this pain and suffering there was never a need for, I'll just always see existence as the problem.

i guess i'm one of the few who would like to come back. i'd prefer a redo with better circumstances, not non existence. but non existence is better than this so i'll take it.

I'd be neurotypical and a girl, just bc I cannot image ever being a man. I could maybe put up with it though if everything else was decent. And while it's not me I want to be born into a rich family with no mental illness or weird personality disorders. Living in Europe seems cool, maybe in Finland or Iceland. Honestly all I want is to have no mental illlnesses and a family that doesn't give me any.

I think being reborn as a human is risky, since consciousness seems to be a curse. I think reincarnating as a wild animal would be cool. No humans, so maybe a polar bear? They're cool and cute, plus I don't think I would think about existence; just surviving and vibing.

Tbh I'd rather just be me as stupid as that sounds. I'll take all the pain, the mental illness, the trauma, and the suffering. If it means killing myself again eventually I'm fine with that.

Maybe I'm just bitter but I see all existence as suffering. Even if the human experience has more suffering, I'd probably still end up suffering as an animal. And if I end up reborn as something with too few braincells to process suffering properly then I'll just be meaninglessly alive.

I hope that it's just nothingness after death, but if I had to be reborn I'd just be me. Least I can then die as me.

I don't want the trauma I've gone through. The problems I've been through. I want to be free of PTSD and other mental problems . I just want to live a normal life. Normal like everyone else. I want parents I can trust. I want friends like everyone does. (Not a lot two friends is enough for me ). But I would say this world is horrible now. It's not gonna be any better in future. I don't believe in reincarnation. I hope that's true.

cat, maybe seal or a boy born into extreme wealth. i love cats and seals a lot but the way seals die is saddening to me. ive also wished i was very wealthy without having to worry about the future and to be a boy, i hate having periods and this body, i dont like having a chest either.

I would never want to live nor exist even for a second under any circumstances. there is a book that no one has written and many reasons why. 1 reason is that any second i can fall into a trap of unending constant unbearable pain the worst pain and or the worst suffering imaginable. the reason is because my brain as the brain of every human and animal has the capability to suffer unending constant unbearable pain. so it can happen.

to me nothing is worth even a second of the worst pain . especially none of the pleasure addictions like eating food or watching an "entertaining" time wasting video that doesn't move my goals forward. much less is anything worth 10 hours of the constant worst pain, 3 days, 44 days ( Junko Furuta) , years of it not a seconds' relief.

1. pain is a billion times worse than one can imagine or remember.

2. example i bit my tongue hard trying to eat food. the pain was so shocking . but this was a small area of skin on my tongue lasting for less than a second.

3. there can be much greater pain over larger areas of body and never ending constant not a sharp hit like from a bite of a tongue and pulling back. kidney stones is extremely painful but even that is only a small area of the body a small % of the pain receptors screaming like hell "i'm in unbearable pain". any human or animal is under constant threat of kidney stones, brain stroke and other tortures.

. they have skinned people alive and poured hot liquids beaten them etc so that pain is constant over a much la larger area of skin . thousands of nerve endings screaming at the same time. . the tortures were so bad that some watching the torture had a mental breakdown.



at least i'm sure after my brain dies i will never exist again. Non-existence forever is the ultimate bliss because it's the only safety from the worst pain and torture and suffering as i described just a tiny bit of what is possible above

however for now i exist in a hell i never asked for and could suffer extreme torture while i'm alive. so my goal is to avoid any unbearable pain , extreme torture, extreme suffering or truama while i'm alive and get to the safety of Eternal Non-existence. Permanent Non-existence is as good as the most extreme torture is bad because it's the only safety from that nightmare and from all suffering and from evil life and this evil world. how can something "life" that creates such unimaginable suffering be something beautiful and not evil? imo life and this world are evil and i would never consciously want any part of these

i'm glad there is no afterlife nor reincarnation. so all i have to do is get to my Death without any unbearable pain and i'll be safe forever from unbearable pain and this nightmare where i was brought here to suffer will be finally over for all time Non-existence forever the ultimate bliss for all time

imo most people believe eternal Non-existence is the worst thing. how can not being able to suffer extremely be bad. none of us existed for 13.8 billion years before 1859 and none of us had a problem with not existing all that time we had no problems no bad memories no suffering no pain all that time for 13.8 billion years
