My advice would be to at least get the Anti-emetics. Is there a particular reason why you want to go without them? Perhaps you're not sure where to acquire them? If this is the case, and you are happy to tell us what country you're in I'm sure there are people here who will be happy to advise on what your options are.
If it is at all possible for you to use them, it will decrease the risk of you vomiting everything up. So it would in my opinion be wise to wait until you have them, to save the chance of failure.
As others have said, it is possible without them. But as Stan said in his guide, its wise to do everything you can to stop yourself from vomiting.
I had a look at your post history and can see you've stated you dont want to go to a doctor. It may be that in your country there are OTC options. Buccastem is readily available in the UK, and is a form of Prochlorperazine, which is one Stan mentions in his guide. So perhaps you can see if that's available in your country too?
If you are going to go without the Anti-emetic - it would be wise to ensure you fast and use scales to measure out exactly the right amounts, so that you don't risk increasing your chances of vomiting
