Yea, especially when you tell more than one and you end up spinning a whole web of lies, that is extremely difficult to maintain, eventually a certain truth is going to endanger the life of the lie.
We can't be "on" all the time, in terms of keeping up every facade.

Although, I must say, I have had to defend truths far more than I've had to defend any lie. So that lion quote, unfortunately, does not always ring true. It's actually quite rare that it works out that way, for me personally.
