Method If found after taking N, truth?

First question, say your found after 24 hours of taking N, say your not dead at this state but close, can you be brought back?

The reason for my question, I was told tone here by a member there is no chemical is narco or anything to reverse N, and not that i dont believe that member, coz I feel he/she is correct I'm asking coz i read some where that they narco'd someone and brought them back, I also read read somewhere they pumped charcoal into someone elses stomach to absorbed the toxin, but I'm guessing this method is only effective sooner rather then later,

So first question, is there a reverse for N?
Second question, if you found say 20 hours after taking N but your still alive, is that enough time that they can't bring you back?

I'm checking as when I take it, I need to make sure of possibilities and things that might occur, ortho I will do my best to avoid them.

Yes you can. You can be saved from a N overdose through intubation and ventilator use until you are able to awake from the barbiturate-induced coma and can breath on your own. From the case studies of "failures", that usually takes at least a whopping five days!

There are zero chemical antidotes for barbiturates, period. That's one of the reasons why barbiturates are basically never prescribed anymore. Narcan (naloxone) only works on opiods, no exceptions. From what I've read in medical journals and case studies, charcoal has little to no effect unless administered very soon after ingestion.

OK thanks for that info, I found on the NHS website that by law you can refuse life saving treatment via mechanical aid, IE things that help you breath, so I will make sure that screen shot is on my phone with a link to the site, you seem to know a lot about N, I know its hard to say, but could you still be alive after 24 hours of taking it? Also is it a good idea to take methadone with it, I have the AE, and the methadone I got from DWM, I tested it by taking 40mg, what I experienced was my breathing was kinda laboured, and I had to in a way, remind myself to breath, my main concern is two things,

Being found and still being alive,
And, if I do take methadone with it, is it possible that my breathing would stop before I enter the coma? I really don't want my body to awken itself due to stop breathing, the whole point of this is I struggle to pass SI, if your in a coma that no longer a problem, so yeah if you help with what you know it would be appreciated. It's possible to survive after 24 hours but those are extreme outlier cases. I've only seen a few reports of that happening though.

I'm still doing research about N (and barbiturates in general) potentiation with other classes of CNS depressants so I'm a little undecided on the topic. However, right now I'm not the biggest fan of opioids with N for sure because of the nausea and vomiting risk. Also I don't think methadone is that strong of a opioid anyway when it comes to respiratory depression potential anyway. N will do its job on its own no issue. It just may take some time with the outliers

40ml is a relatively high first dose if you never used opiates before. I'm told 50ml could kill someone with zero opiate/opioid history.

Maybe getting more days off or combine it with a bag .my favourite scene explains a lot .death of Meghan o hara from niptuck .she takes the meds and then puts on the bag to speed up the death onset
