I've been dealing w this shit for a while now, i've been feeling this inevitable emptiness for a year or so. I tried therapy, and have a failed ctb, nothing seems to be helpful. I wouldn't say life's a torture for me, I want to feel like myself again, I want to live and love, give and take, I hate the idea of my family/partner finding my body but in the ends nothing ever seems to fill this hole inside of me. Lately I've been getting more convinced that prolly a successful ctb is the only way but i just, still ain't sure.
