I read up that Ibruprofen can kill you in large quantities but it may take a couple of days. I was reading a post and although the person was found, it fucked up their liver and then they died in hospital 3 days later. I guessing you are going to feel quite ill and vomit/ stomach pain. I was thinking of doing Ibruprofen but then I read the death statistics and it just tends to fuck up your liver.

I hope you didn't do this impulsively because this could cause damage to your body, without actually killing you, so then you will just end up feeling like shit for nothing and you might have to receive medical treatment to fix the symptoms. I'm sorry that your life has gotten bad enough for you to try this, but I really think that you should throw those things back up before your body tries to make you do it and consider other options (even if those are better and more effective methods).

Whatever you end up doing, I hope you can find a way to be at peace, without doing something that could potentially leave you feeling worse than you already do.

would recommend this person to throw up the tablets and maybe even call an ambulance, just because they can help alleviate the symptoms, you may get sectioned but then you will come out.

I would also suggest that. But to each their own

An overdose to that extent would likely result in very unpleasant side effects, including unsteadiness, blurred vision, ringing in the ears, gastrointestinal, nausea plus vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, probable loss of blood in intestinal areas or stomach or both, headache, agitation, drowsiness, incoherence and confusion.

Sometimes more serious symptoms are also noticed in some people (though very rare) such as seizure, gastrointestinal bleeding, metabolic acidosis, respiratory depression, hyperkalaemia, tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, coma, hepatic dysfunction, renal failure, cyanosis, and cardiac arrest etc.

Until and unless the person is allergic to ibuprofen, there is a slim chance that the person would die from Ibuprofen Overdose.

I took 20 painkillers a couple of weeks ago.
What happened to me it I threw up, had no appetite and spent more of the day feeling sick and with a stomach ache.
That's probably what's going to happen to you.

Tylenol is much more toxic but takes large doses over many days and it is a horrible lingering death following from liver failure. Not recommended either way.

It is probably going to damage your liver.
Yeah, if you don't want to be in agonizing pain, then you may want to call the ambulance.

I would throw them back up if I were you. You still have time. The chances of that actually killing you are so small. I thought ibuprofen was more toxic to your kidneys than liver? Both I know, but I just thought worse for the kidneys. I once was taking a A LOT of ibuprofen over the course of a few days. I forgot the dosage, but it was something like 4-5 pills every 3 hours because I was in so much pain. While I already suffer from tinnitus, it exacerbated to the point where it was incredibly disorienting and I just felt strange and my vision was off. Not quite blurry, but like someone added a gritty/grainy filter rather than untouched, if that makes any sense. Not to mention, stomach aches. It was just very unpleasant and uncomfortable and made me anxious.

Yes, renal damage is significant, but tends to be delayed. This type of overdose can end up with a person "recovering", but needing kidney dialysis for month after. Like most overdose scenarios, just don't do it.

Edit: Permanent renal failure tends to be a result of long term misuse.

I would call an ambulance asap. It's very unlikely to kill you but will cause some serious damage to the liver, kidneys and stomach, possible ulcers and slight internal bleeding. The hospital can get you activated charcoal which will neutralize most of the effect and the sooner the better, you will feel like shit but might save your organs. Or you die very slowly
edit from wiki:
"Toxic effects are unlikely at doses below 100 mg/kg, but can be severe above 400 mg/kg (around 150 tablets of 200 mg units for an average man); "
you'll probably just feel like shit and have slight organ damage

I've taken a lot of ibuprofen, Tylenol and excedrin because I couldn't eat so I got headaches. So I kept taking the meds. I just got sick more but it kicked the headaches.
