Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I dont think neurodivergent and neurotypical people are compatible enough to date.
Forming any other sort of rss works fine but dating just seems like u are forcing smthg that's inherently broken.

i think it depends on the person & their place on the spectrum! some of my friends are in intimate relationships with neurotypical people and their relationship "clicks" to me! like, the puzzle pieces fit together. but like , otherwise i totally agree..! i have never really been able to become more than surface-level friends with a neurotypical person. i think they usually see someone who is nice and silly, maybe just a bit weird. quirky infantilizable autism!

but even aside from the masking, there is like a wall there that is almost tangible, physical repellent. it just fundamentally isn't possible to convey your brain wiring to someone else, or at the very least the emotional labor u would have to undertake in order to explain your sensory input, processing, and output to someone that's neurotypical and lives in a neurotypical world is extreme , and ultimately the gap is just too far too cross for any practical purposes.

i don't really think other neurotypical ppl generally experience even a remotely similar reality to me, it's just, usually, the intuitive capacity of a neurodivergent person to comprehend someone who *does* have a different brain from them is basically your entire lived experience. becoz everyone has a different brain from u!

yes exactly its much easier to relate to other people while neurodivergent than when not! even if u guys dont struggle with the same things.
