You know with like research chemicals and all that. it's possible a true peaceful pill already exists but we just don't know it.
They probably have a hoard of nembies from the seventies.

Yet to be discovered or yet to be invented. There are probably lots of methods we don't know about. People are creative and adapt to situations when they want something enough.

I've wondered about this too. Surely we could've come up with something better than a 70 year old drug that tastes bitter and requires an antiemetic. But I suppose there's not much funds available for the development of better euthanatics.
I used to read about different chemicals. There are many peaceful unknown methods.
The problem prolifers try to ban or make available methods harder and people who want to ctb doesn't research to counter that and unfortunately some will say the available methods are enough which actually is not true. The more methods available the better.
If I knew more about chemistry and have my own lab and equipment, I'm sure I'll be able to find some good ones.
If we talk theoretically, the number of compounds is unlimited and the good ones would be unlimited also.

imagine a pill that would turn you into a philosophical zombie (your body will work like it always did just like a robot, you just dont experience it) i dont know if thats even possible but who knows. its just an idea and im sure it would be the best option and it would help a lot of people

Pretty sure that is called a vegetative state. When you no longer are sentient but your heart is beating. Pretty horrible considering you still feel pain

lmao no i mean a pill that will turn you into a biological robot, your ears, eyes and so on will still work as sensors, your brain will still work like a computer to process that information and your muscles will still work to react. only difference is you wont experience it, just like a robot cant experience what hes doing

I dunno but i'm watching a show that takes place in 2030 so if i'm still alive then i'm sure they'll have something better than what we've got now..

Not gonna happen since you need a sentient brain to do even the simplest action like walk. Though i don't see the advantage of being brain dead body alive and just dead

no you should just google what philosophical zombie means. you dont have to be conscious to walk. and i also said from the beginning that i dont think that its even possible but since its just a question what new peaceful pills could be there in the future its just an interesting thought
